The game works on one of two computers with Windows Vista and plenty of memory, and required video card. It doesn't work at all on my computer with Windows XP. Last time I buy a Crazy Machines product.
I bought this game for my sons (ages 6 and 9) after they had such a great time with Crazy Machines 1, and 1.5. I was disappointed to learn that it won't run on their PC. I'm sure it's their older video card- an NVidia GeForce3. So for now, they play it on my PC, while I look for an inexpensive video card upgrade for theirs.
I purchased this game thinking of the super game Incredible Machines. I have a GTX 260 Nvidia card graphics look great but the game is impossible to play. This game is the worst ever. Tutorial doesn't work instructions are horrible. Don't buy this game. The website is useless no help no FAQs no forum.
I've been playing this game on and off. At the beginning, they were pretty easy and as you progress through they get more difficult as they add more items for you to use. Great game to keep you thinking and the graphics are well done. This is a great game for those that are mechanical or love puzzle games.
Hi,yet another great version, I definitely recommend it.Regarding the installation and working of the software, you need a graphics card that supports DirectX 9 or higher (I got one that supports version 10). You need it anyway when you e.g. want to use Microsoft's World Wide telescope (another great site for kids).
